Jujo´s JujoL-LZB2-82 is a non-topcoated thermal paper grade explicitly designed for linerless label applications in retail and quick service restaurants (QSR).
Engineered for exceptional silicone holdout and coverage, linerless label material JujoL-LZB2-82 delivers reliable thermal print imaging while offering a cost-efficient solution for high-volume label production. Thanks to its low silicone demand and the absence of a top-coating layer, the grade reduces material use without compromising performance. Furthermore, the lack of top-coating enhances thermal imaging capability.
Optimised for performance, cost-efficiency and durability
The grade features strong resistance to heat, plasticisers, oil, fat, and water, ensuring label durability in demanding environments. A light reverse-side barrier coating provides versatility, making the product suitable for a wide range of adhesives, including water-based formulations. The properties of this grade support even adhesive transfer and controlled adhesive penetration.
The grade provides good silicone coverage and anchorage. The optimal silicone holdout contributes to overall cost performance in two ways: savings through reduced silicone consumption and a thinner silicone layer on the surface, which improves the thermal imaging of linerless products.
JujoL-LZB2-82 is compatible with both radical and cationic silicones, making it an ideal choice for converters seeking reliability and flexibility in their linerless label solutions.
