Each reel label contains the following information: shipping marks, country of origin, grade, grammage, color, customer, order number, reel number, width, length, number of joins, production lot, gross weight, net weight, number of reels per pallet, core size, winding direction (coated side in/out), bar code and an arrow showing the unwinding direction. The small label inside the core contains production lot number, production date, reel width, length, grade, number of joins, grammage and the bar code. If there is a need to trace back a reel to our production (in case of quality data requirements, remarks or claims), we need the bar code indicated on both labels (on the reel label there are two small removable stickers containing the bar code, which should be removed and saved when using a reel).
